Paddle Penn's Landing September 4, 2011

The Pennsylvania Environmental Council (PEC) and the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation (DRWC) have partnered to present this program. Outdoor enthusiasts, families and kayakers of all levels can rent kayaks and swan boats and enjoy the river in a safe and supervised environment.
