Oxtremists Agile Book Group August 8, 2007

An informal monthly meeting to discuss a book, usually related to Software, from the perspective of Agile Development. This month we are going to be discussing "The Goal" by Eli Goldratt.

This is unusual in that it is a novel and one about a manager in a factory. But it introduced the world to Goldratt's Theory of Constraints which have wide application, including to software. (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theory_of_constraints for more...)

You don't have to have read the book to come along, just have some views on software development.
