On Sunday, December 13, 2009, at 4:30pm, Over The Rainbow Association in collaboration with world-renowned opera singer, Nancy Gustafson, will host our 20th annual CELEBRATION concert to raise money to help adults with physical disabilities lead a more independent life...
Over The Rainbow Association is an Illinois non-profit organization that builds and manages affordable, accessible housing and provides employment opportunities for adults with physical disabilities since 1974. Currently we own and manage 7 apartment communities and 1 employment training center. Please visit www.otrassn.org to learn more about our cause and the event.
