Outstanding in the Arcade August 4, 2012

Proctors, Schenectady Greenmarket and the Chefs' Consortium present this celebration of local farms and food artisans. The evening begins with a regional showcase for members of the culinary industry in New York State and is followed by a one-of-a-kind Farm to Table dinner. Proceeds will benefit Proctors and the Schenectady Greenmarket.
