OTHELLO-THE ORIGIN OF THE MOOR LECTURE This lecture will look at the plot and characters of the original story by Cintio. Shakespeare's similarities and differences to the Italian novella will be discussed, as well as the tragic endings. Participants may bring a copy of the play to read along.
