Join Oregon SAE in a networking opportunity with other engineering societies. Among the societies invited are ASME, ASCE, IEEE, SWE, STLE, and many others. Our disciplines are increasingly mixing with each other, this is a great opportunity to learn from each other and to meet potential professional colleagues.
Bring your personal projects for a show and tell and vote for the best one. We will start with a BBQ dinner while we interact with each other. At 7:30pm, we will have a Frisbee Olympics, so bring your favorite Frisbee. Events include throwing for ground accuracy, for distance accuracy and height accuracy.
Students are welcome to bring their school projects (SAE Baja, Formula, Aero Design, ASME Micro Baja, HPV, etc). Come and network with your future employers and co-workers. This is a great opportunity to learn about the industries you might be thinking about.
