OpenStreetMap pub meet-up and mapping evening June 15, 2011

Open to everyone whether you are already an active member of the openstreetmap community or just curious to find out more about the project. Have a go at mapping (e.g. with a pencil & a printout), or just come along and join us in the pub!
OpenStreetMap is a project to create a map released with an open content license. It's created by people like you. We need your help!
On the Evening of Wed 15th June we'll be heading to Mayfair/Soho and aiming to gather gather some map information in the area. At around 8:00p.m. we'll meet up in The Iron Duke
When you get there, you may find us standing outside, or hidden right at the back of the pub. Look out for people with orange hi vis OpenStreetMap jackets, or an OpenStreetMap sign. Also make a note of this: Contact: Harry Wood O7979815O13
Before that though, we'll be arriving in the area at around 6:30 to do some mapping. If you're interested in joining in with that, check the website details.
We usually get about 10/15 people coming (more than signed up here)
