Opening: Fabulous Fiber 2011 March 4, 2011

The Branigan Cultural Center presents the Mesilla Valley Weavers Guild exhibition entitled “Fabulous Fiber 2011” from Friday, March 4, 2011 through Saturday March 26, 2011. A reception is to be held on Friday, March 4, 2011 during the monthly Ramble between 5PM and 7PM.

Works shown in this exhibit are made out of many fibers such as yarn, paper and reeds. Objects are created by weaving, knitting, crocheting and basketry created by members of the area’s Mesilla Valley Weavers Guild.

The Branigan Cultural Center is located at the north end of the Downtown Mall in Las Cruces at 501 N. Main Street. Gallery hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 9AM to 4:30PM.
