Open Mic with GG Tanaka September 18, 2007

Musicians (and music lovers) of all stripes & types are invited to McGraths Irish Pub in Alameda for the Tuesday Night Open Mic.

Come on... it's summer! You're supposed to be having a good time! So get off the couch and DO something tonight... and whaddaya know, it won't even cost you a bunch of money!

Songwriters, singers, instrumentalists, and music lovers and listeners should head on down to McGraths Irish Pub; just fifteen minutes from the City and most points in the East Bay. Open mic signup starts @ 8.30pm; the music runs until closing time.

Solo musicians, duos, groups, bunches, and choirs are all encouraged. There's always extra musicians available to jam with; maybe have a bass player or keyboardist sit in if you like!. The club keeps instruments available for use, including a piano and a standup bass.

Tonight's host is the old Jager Bomber himself, GG Tanaka. Bartender Kimberly will be setting up the spirits (including the ghost of Billy McGrath) while you play your stuff & listen to the best music that the Bay Area has to offer. Mcgraths is at 1539 Lincoln Ave. in Alameda --- come on out & have a great time!
