Open Mic Featuring Poet Tomas Riley September 22, 2006

Tomas Riley will be presenting his new poetry collection titled mahcic. The first solo collection of poems from a 10-year veteran of the Taco Shop Poets Chicano spoken word collective, mahcic is part celebration, part lament, part conclusion, part beginning--bilingual sound bombing taken straight from the love of a father for his son and a poet for his people.
