4.48 Psychosis is the last play by Sarah Kane, the most produced and fervently admired young British dramatist of her time. Called "breakthakingly beautiful and ugly" by the New York times , the work explores the psychotic mind of a young woman suffering from severe bipolar disorder in stunning and theatrical ways.

Directed by Christopher Chen, the plays uses dazzling videography and dance-theater to turn this cult-hit into a theatrical "music video".
