Bios-

Saima Yousuf graduated from the College of New Jersey with a B.F.A. (with honors-Magna Cum Laude). She has won awards and had her work shown in several Art Galleries in the Princeton area over the years. She works with mixed media: watercolor, pastels, acrylic, collage, and also 3-D sculpture. Saima also does Graphic Design work, as well as print making.

Remi Kanazi is a Palestinian-American poet, writer, and editor based in New York City. He is the co-founder of the political website, PoeticInjustice.net and the editor of the forthcoming anthology of poetry, Poets For Palestine.

The new Miss Pakistan World, 23 year-old Natasha Paracha is an honours graduate from the University of California, Berkeley and is currently working at the United Nations headquarters in New York City. Paracha founded both the Pakistani Student Association at UC Berkley as well as a non-profit organization NGO – Vision of Development.

Fareen Butt is a pointilist painter and film maker based in New York. Her works are largely influenced by the writings of Surawardi, a sufi saint, and Vedic philosophy. Her paintings have shown in New York including MOMA, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and various galleries throughout the city. Internationally, she has shown at the Commune, Karachi, and Doual'art, Cameroon. As the Director of Photography and Assistant Director on various films, her pieces have shown and won at SAIFF 2007, and shown at Cannes 2008 and Harlem Film Festival 2008.
