OLYMPIC TORCH RELAY CEREMONY & CELEBRATION October 30, 2009

Having spent two days wending their way through the 13 municipalities of the Capital Region, the Olympic Torch Relay will arrive early in the day on October 30th to much fanfare and excitement at a ceremony in Victoria's Inner Harbour.
