This course introduces students to a Chinese health exercise which
is neither vigorous nor strenuous. It is suitable for older adults who want to exercise to gain or maintain good health. It strengthens the muscles and organs, relaxes mind and body, improves blood circulation, and increases memory and concentration. Classes are on Thursdays, 8:45 AM–10:15 AM. Session is from April 8–June 24.
