Formed in 2001, Noname is one of the big names among the Chinese punk Old Skull bands. At the end of 2003, the music-recording company TimeString Records incorporated the song < > by The Noname band into an underground album which in turn, surprised everyone. In 04, they made and released a new demo CD, < > consisting of many new songs which they had made during the time period of 2001 to 2004. In 2005, 2 of their songs were recorded into a punk- various CD after which the band became professional. Their music became much more mature. The Noname band released their new EP CD < > in March 2006.
