The Old Bank District Artwalk: Open Lofts, Galleries & Live Music
Sunday, October 2, 2005, from 12:00 noon to 5:00pm

The Old Bank District Artwalk: Open Lofts, Galleries & Live Music is a grassroots community event presented by the artists, residents and businesses of the Old Bank District.

The Artwalk features open lofts in three historic loft buildings, plus the work of over 75 artists, including local painters, sculptors, jewelry designers, fashion designers, photographers, musicians, interior designers, writers, poets, designers, architects, and other creative professionals.

Participating galleries include, The Space, Bank, Bert Green Fine Art, Pharmaka, the Los Angeles Center for Digital Art (LACDA), Billy Mark/Selah Artistic Giving Center and El Nopal Press.

Participating muscians include:
Layton, Katzenjammer, Prosperus, DJ Kaythan in the Mix, Jim Abbott and Also.

This year?s Artwalk coincides with the 100-year anniversary of the Farmer?s and Merchants Bank building (a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument) at 4th and Main St., in the Historic Core of Downtown LA.

The Artwalk is free and open to the public.
