OGRE stands for Ottawa Group of Ruby Enthusiasts
If you're not farmiliar with the Army Officers Mess it is located in a
beautiful and historic mansion downtown.
It's the perfect place for an OGRE meeting because there is an old
school private bar in the building that we can retire to after the
meeting.
