A thrilling evening of poetry from two of Britain’s most outstanding performance poets.

A seasoned performer of the poetry circuit, Patience Agbabi will be reading from her stunning new collection Bloodshot Monochrome, where she shines her euphoric, musical lines on growing up to growing old, from Northern Soul to contract killers, from the retro to the brand new.
Lemn Sissay is a poet and playwright and the South Bank Centre’s Writer-in-Residence until 2010. His latest poetry collection The Listener overflows with love poems, inner-city soap operas, reflections on history, mystery and felicity; each page sings with his voice - visionary, good humoured and bursting with life.
