For children of the 80s, the vision of the future was full of machines, informed by The Jetsons, Short Circuit or Tron. But no one could predict just how digital our world would turn out to be-connecting to one another through ones and zeros. "Hiding in the Spaces Between" asks, "What does authenticity look like in the internet age?" with slick, athletic contemporary dance set in a multimedia milieu. This evening-length premiere in collaboration with media artist Christine Remy will dazzle the senses as it sparks a dialogue about our digital life.

Wattis Foundation, The Kenneth Rainin Foundation, the Zellerbach Family Foundation, CA$H, a grants program of Theatre Bay Area, in partnership with Dancers' Group, and Choreographers in Mentorship Exchange (CHIME), a project of the Margaret Jenkins Dance Company.
