Oakland Symphony Chorus Presents 'Sing Praises: Bach's Choral Glory' May 11, 2013

Oakland Symphony Chorus (OSC) and Music Director Dr. Lynne Morrow will present "Sing Praises: Bach's Choral Glory," a program of Bach motets and cantatas at 8 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2013, at the Cathedral of Christ the Light in Oakland. In keeping with its mission to raise appreciation and understanding of choral music, OSC will also offer Discovery Day on Bach motets and cantatas meant to familiarize the public with these works. The Discovery Day will take place on Saturday, April 27, 2013, starting at 10 a.m. at the St. Paschal Baylon Church.
