Workshop: Your Own Personal Board of Advisors: LEADERSHIP

OK, you have all asked for us to do this Personal Board of Advisor Workshop once/quarter - and, you told us you wanted to have the workshop focus on a specific topic. June's workshop will focus on Leadership. What is Leadership? What makes a great leader? What makes a bad leader? Do you know your own strengths and weaknesses with your leadership abilities? What have been some of your most challenging leadership situations? How did you resolve them?

Be prepared to join a break-out group and roll up your sleeves to work with your peers on a case study designed to challenge your perceptions, your skills, and your knowledge of leadership. In the process, you may be surprised to walk away with new insights about yourself, about leadership, and what you can do to improve your leadership style and abilities. At the end of the session, we will all come together as a large group again to summarize what we have learned.
