NTC Presents Nunsense The Musical October 18, 2012

Nunsense, the hilarious musical with madcap adventures of wacky nuns is loaded with laughs and catchy songs that are sure to bring you to your feet.

The Novato Theater Company (NTC) presents "Nunsense," a hilarious musical comedy sendup of show business and nuns. The story follows five nuns, each with their own unique eccentricity, as they stage a talent show to raise money to bury their dear departed sisters who died at the hands of Sister Julia Child of God-from eating her vichyssoise.

The Little Sisters of Hoboken: Mother Superior Mary Regina (Pamela Drummer-Williams), a former circus performer who can not resist the spotlight; her dignified rival, second-in-command Sister Mary Hubert (Debra Harvey); Sister Robert Anne (Dani Innocenti Beem), a streetwise nun from Brooklyn; Sister Mary Leo (Melissa Claire), a novice who is determined to be the world's first ballerina nun; and wacky, childlike Sister Mary Amnesia (Karen Kizer), who lost her memory when a crucifix fell on her head will entertain you with outrageous songs, dance and even an audience quiz.

You won't want to miss this audience pleasing, fun filled show featuring "Nunsense is Habit-Forming," "The Biggest Ain't the Best," "We've Got to Clean Out the Freezer," and "Holier Than Thou."
