Companies often want and need customer feedback but aren't sure how to get it. Traditional focus groups and surveys are great tools, but often lack the deep customer insights required to drive true innovation. Innovation Games are tools that can be used by companies to collaborate with customers to better understand their needs.

Join us for this fun, hands-on session that will include a brief overview of Innovation Games, what they are, how they work (and why they work) and an in depth interactive workshop on one game, the Product Box. Product Box helps companies learn what features and functions their customers want to see in a given product. Phase Forward will facilitate this session.
