NON STOP BHANGRA #57---THE PURPLE MONTH!

Imagine a scene from a Bollywood movie smack in the middle of a thumping nightclub---swirling colors, the rhythm of pounding feet, and the relentless energy of brilliant beats-that’s Non Stop Bhangra. Non Stop Bhangra is a non-stop party, featuring dance lessons with Dholrhythms Dance Company, followed by dance performances, live music sets, visuals, live painting, and DJs spinning an eclectic mix of Bhangra, Hip-Hop, Reggae, and Electronica.

This month the whole NSB crew is in the house and looking forward to making you all dance. As always, the night begins with the ritual dance lesson with the beautiful Dholrhythms Dance Company, followed by live set featuring performances mixed in with vocals by NSB residents Mandeep Sethi and Mista Chatman alongside Rav-E on dhol. Dj's Jimmy Love, Rav-E and dj Concerned will be holding down the turntables and sharing their favorite Bhangra tunes to keep you moving. To round off the night, NSB Resident Marcus Murray will be painting another dope live peice to add the wicked NSB Art Collection. Wear your favorite shade of purple and come celebrate springtime with the NSB Crew.
