Britain is set to Skate into Summer 2008 with the return of the roller disco, thanks to Nokia

Each of the Nokia Skate Almighty events will feature an awesome DJ or band playing on an open air stage to the roller disco. Here is the almighty line up!

London
Friday ‘Guilty Pleasures’ ft - Vassy, Sam Young and Sean Rowley
Saturday ‘Party Night’ ft - The House Trained, Vassy, Bimbo Jones, Seamus Haij and Bodyrox
Sunday ‘Chill Out’ ft - Vassy, Sam Young, Midnight London Jazz, Norman Jay MBE and Zero 7

The Nokia Skate Almighty rink will be open to children and families during the day. Then after 6pm, the bar opens and it’s 18+ only.

Hosted in a spectacular rink created especially for Nokia Skate Almighty, the London event will run across the 11th, 12th and 13th July, situated in London’s South Bank, before moving to Birmingham’s Centenary Square on the 18th, 19th and 20th July. The final Nokia Skate Almighty roller disco will hit Manchester on 25th, 26th and 27th July. Get venue directions here.

Nokia Skate Almighty is on for just three days in each city so you’ll need to sign up quickly so you can turn up, tune in and freak out at the summer’s most spinning gig.

The skate rink will be covered so should it rain, we'll still roll on!
