NKT California Dharma Celebration - Treasure of Compassion March 11, 2011

Everyone, whether new to Buddhism or an experienced practitioner, is welcome to attend this special three-day event hosted by all twelve of the New Kadampa Tradition Centers in California. The gathering will be held at the Town and Country Resort and Convention Center in beautiful San Diego.
The NKT's National Spiritual Director, Gen Kelsang Jampa, will grant the Empowerment of Buddha Avalokiteshvara, provide commentary on Compassion as a Daily Practice, and guide Sunday Morning with Prayers for World Peace. The introductory talk, Attitude of Love, will be given by Gen Kelsang Rigpa, the Resident Teacher at KMC CA in Los Angeles. The meditations will be guided by Rebecca Gauthier, the Resident Teacher at Tushita Kadampa Buddhist Center in Thousand Oaks.
