One night only Night Light: Multimedia Garden Party blankets SOMArts Cultural Center's unique post-industrial space and bamboo grove in site-specific luminous art installations, live music and performances, digital and cinematic projections and sound sculptures by more than 30 Bay Area artists. Night Light also features five experimental audio-visual performances by 2010 SECA Art Award winner Mauricio Ancalmo, Spanish contemporary dance duo ENTOMO, experimental musicians Amar Chaudhary and David Molina, and multimedia artist Surabhi Suraf from 8:30pm to 10pm. The exhibition will be on view from 8pm to midnight. Advance tickets are recommended and will guarantee faster entry on the evening of the event.
