Newton Center Year Round Walk March 24, 2010

This walk visits the Boston College campus on Chestnut Hill. An additional route added this year includes the Robsham Theatre on the Boston College campus. The return route follows the famous Boston Marathon course run by thousands on Patriots Day. A 5km (3.1 mile) or 10km (6.2 mile) walk route is available. All routs are rated moderately easy, suitable for strollers but not for wheelchairs. The start point is the Newton Free Library, library hours are 9 A.M. - 9 P.M. Monday - Thursdays, Fridays- Saturdays 9 A.M. - 5 P.M., and Sundays 1-5 P.M. The library is closed all holidays and Sundays from July 4th to Labor Day.
