it is now one of their flagship Ales.
This German style Ale is rich, malty & hearty.
Yellow Snow IPA
Created for the Salt Lake City Winter Olympics.
This Ale is a tribute to all Winter sports, but can be enjoyed year round.
This IPA has a big hop presence with a lingering bitterness.
Chatoe "Good Chit" Pilsner
Made from Rogue Farm barley that they Floor-Malted in small batches.
Floor Malting is an, old fashioned, 8 day process also used when making Scotch.
“Chit” refers to the start of the rootlets of the barley when the germination begins.
This Pilsner is smooth & refreshing yet complex & developed
