New Member Orientation and Retreat January 10, 2010

Join the Boston Firefly Project for a day of training, networking and planning at our 2nd annual New Member Orientation and Retreat.

Workshops include Basic Skills for New Activists, Gender Justice 101 and Counter Terror with Justice. Additionally, there will be a strategic planning session and brainstorming in our Activist Training and Development, Refugee/Immigration, and Women, Gender and Sexuality working groups.
The Boston Firefly Project is composed of a dynamic group of young professionals engaged in human rights education, activism and networking in the Boston area. Recent graduates, young professionals and graduate students are encouraged to get involved!

Registration fees are offered on a sliding scale from 8$-$10 and includes coffee, lunch and materials. Sign up online at www.bostonfireflyproject.org. Advanced registration required.
