Are you new in your position? Are you looking to polish the managerial skills you already have? Managers who can't communicate effectively end up doing much of the work themselves or find themselves frustrated by missed deadlines and poor accountability from others.

In these difficult economic times, many organizations have been forced to make drastic changes and downsize. In doing so, critical positions are left open and other employees are promoted into new roles. It’s common that these “New Managers” have strong technical skills. As all managers understand, the technical skills are only half of the job. The other half are the “people” skills. This workshop teaches those skills.

With effective communication, you can motivate, delegate, inspire, and lead. Ethan F. Becker, Author of "Mastering Communication at Work" and Senior Coach at The Speech Improvement Company Inc in Boston, has designed this focused 2 day workshop to teach the most important communication skills all managers must know and do.

- Be a Better Communicator -

The Speech Improvement Company Inc. of Boston invites you to join us in this unique high end and focused workshop. Seats will be limited to assure all participants receive personal attention. Video equipment may also be used to help participants learn about their own communication habits, what works, and what needs improvement. Each learner will receive personal feedback about their current communication and specific tools and practice strategies to help them strengthen their skills in being a better manager.

- Quality Of The Trainer Matters -

A quality trainer / coach is formally educated at the graduate level or beyond in a communication related discipline. This formal knowledge allows for the ability to profile your needs and customize the program. Often times trainers customize during the program to ensure learners remain engaged. Their formal education, coupled with years of experience with executives enables them to go deep into the mechanics and psychology of communication.

- Learn From World Class Experts -

Our coaches / trainers have dedicated their careers and lives to helping people become better communicators. That means they have studied speech communication so they may go as deep as necessary into the science of communication to help their clients. All coaches hold multiple degrees in communication. Graduate level study or beyond is required to be a TSIC coach. In addition, our team continues to foster their own educations. Through constant work with various clients world wide and continuing education, our coaches stay on top of their game.

Each month, our entire coaching team comes together for a full day of development where case studies are analyzed, new methods developed, and industry best practices are discussed and developed. Our team travels the world and is sought after by leaders of countries, leaders of companies as well as people at all levels in their careers. Our coaches are the ones who write the books, who make the final decisions on what is or is not effective, and have been coaching people at all levels since 1964.

You and your team are safe in our coaches' hands. You can be sure that the coaches will customize your experience, whether learning about management communication, sales communication, presentations, leadership, negotiation, or many other situations which require effective communication. You can take great comfort that our coaches are very skilled at designing and implementing the exact program you need in an effective and engaging way.
