The Americas Society and Words Without Borders present writers from three continents who will discuss issues relating to immigration and literature. Canadian author Neil Bissoondath, acclaimed for his novels and short-story collections, was born in Trinidad and lives in Quebec. In addition to his published fiction, including Digging up the Mountains and The Worlds Within Her, he has also written on multiculturalism in Canada. He will be joined by Marjorie Agosín, Amara Lakhous, and Suzanne Ruta.
