Join fellow women professionals for the third of a series of casual wine and cheese mixers for GABA members and their guests, to discuss professional growth and successes, roles for women working in the Bay Area, and other workforce topics. Please bring YOUR story to share with the group during open discussion.

Discussion featuring:

Specific topics to be discussed will include:

* Getting "under the surface" to understand the fears and motivators of all parties at the negotiating table in order to arrive at a positive outcome for both sides

* Locating and using your strengths to your advantage

* Knowing "hard" versus "soft" negotiating techniques and when and how to use

* Guiding principles to live by in any negotiation

The purpose of these events are to further the discussion, support and solutions between women who work in any industry or business, building a community professional and personal development.
