Nature and You: Deer Me! August 12, 2010

Children explore Filoli's Nature Preserve and learn about the animals that make it their home while they create an imaginative record of their discoveries. Each program will combine nature education with artistic journaling to create a fun morning of learning. Children ages 8 through 12 are welcome. Adults may accompany their children or enjoy a tranquil visit to the House and Garden. A light snack with be provided to keep everyone going. Students should bring bottled water and dress for the outdoors: sturdy shoes and layered clothing. Registration required.
