MVP: The Secret Lives of Hockey Wives, produced by Toronto-based Screen Door, is a look at the on- and off-the-ice dramas of the lives and loves of members of a fictional hockey team, the Canadian Mustangs. A hockey player's career is profoundly public. His stats are published, quoted, cited, summarized, and evaluated. But when the uniforms are folded and the sticks put away, the game really gets interesting. The series stars Canadian actors Lucas Bryant, Dillon Casey, Kristin Booth, and Anastasia Phillips.
