Whereas on one side the Police Department is busy in preparation of anti-riots activities on the other hand the people engaged in Property business and their agents get active. They are happy that after the riots, the rates of property will go down or it will get reduced under pressure from the Property Dealers. The Arms Dealers are selling the arms to people of both communities and minting money. The tenders are being given to the Contract Killers to kill people. On the top of it, planning is being made in the slums of the city to claim Compensation from the Government For every injured person, a compensation of Rs.10000/- and for every deceased, a compensation of Rs.2 lacs has been announced by the Government in the riots. Dinu, a Rickshaw-puller has lost a limb when he met with an accident and could not pedal the rickshaw. Some persons of the slums, suggest him to die in the riots so that his dependants could claim Rs2 lacs against him on his death in the riots. Dinu a physically challanged gets ready to die in the riots on condition that his marriage be arranged with a girl named Radha of the colony. Radhas father agrees to marry her daughter with Dinu in order to claim Rs2 lacs against the death of Dinu in the riots.The said Riots are spread in the city. But Dinu refuses to die. The people of the colony excite him to die. An unwilling Dinu a physicallly challanged goes to the site of the riots and disappears from there.
