This two-part workshop will present an overview of the fundamental business law and intellectual property law matters concerning musicians with respect to sound recordings in the analog and digital environment. Part One (Basic) will include, by way of example, copyright, trademark, and music publishing matters. Registration for both workshops is recommended but not required.
