Mostly Monkee and musical improv-comedy punk!! February 21, 2008

D.C.s super-hero purveyors of gypsy cow-punk reggae, Mostly Monkee, continues its tradition of electric live performance events by teaming up with musical improv-comedy punksters Slut Rockets this Thursday night, February 21st, 2008 at Sollyl's U Street Tavern.

Doors open at 8 PM, Slut Rockets 9:15, Mostly Monkee 10:30.

Mostly Monkee is a veteran D.C. trio that plays original music that has been compared to a mix of the The Police and the Old 97’s.

The Slut Rockets live show features a musical improv-comedy format that will take audience suggestions and build improvised punk songs based on them.
