Moon Over Parador April 3, 2012

Actor Jack Noah (Richard Dreyfuss) is on location in the dictatorship of Parador when its dictator (also played by Dreyfuss) dies. The dictator's right-hand man, Roberto (Raul Julia), makes Jack an offer he cannot refuse: impersonate the dictator or die. This achingly funny film co-stars Sonia Braga and a host of other amazing actors including Jonathan Winters, Fernando Rey, Charo, Sammy Davis, Jr., and Mazursky himself in drag! (1988, 104 min.
