Saw both Monte's shows in Michigan this week (this one and Tuesday's show in Grand Rapids)--as always Monte did not disappoint! Except for some poor drunk toad who almost ruined the show for all of us--and most certainly ruined it for himself and the people he brought all the way from Chicago-- this Monte experience was one of the best for me so far!! (#5 and counting) He and the band (David-bass & Kenny-drums) were off the charts AWESOME!!!! Makes me want to drop everything and become a montiac groupie! Thanks to the Ark for booking him & please do it again soon!
Oh well, guess now it's back to reality (and my i Pod)...
I think if you weren't lucky enough to see him last night, you should make it a point to do so soon or at least buy some of his CDs and watch his tour schedule closely.
To see him live is your chance to truly "get it".
