Renowned Baroque violinist Monica Huggett and Juilliard415, will offer a rare performance of some of Hans von Biber’s Mystery Sonatas, coupled with solo vocal works from the period. In the second of two Sunday afternoon concerts, Ms. Huggett and members of the ensemble will perform works by J.S. Bach along with four of Biber’s Mystery Sonatas--composed for a devotional society, and each reflecting an event from the life of the Virgin Mary
