CRITERIA:

Momentum Growth Conference companies have experienced substantial growth in the last 12-18 months and must meet the following criteria:

* Founded in the last 5 years (not before 2002)
* Revenues of over $5 million
* If B2C play, must have exponential user-base growth over the last 12 months
* Significant customers
* Significant partnerships and distribution channels
* "Buzz" factor (e.g. prominent coverage in trade and business media and the blogosphere)

The Momentum Growth Companies and Ones to Watch will be selected by Dealmaker Media’s editorial team and the Momentum Growth Conference selection committee comprised of bankers, industry executives, influencers, analysts, and VCs. Companies selected will be invited to participate in the conference program and profiled on Dealmaker Media and its partner blogs.
