If you've never taken a Modern class, but you have any experience with ballet or jazz, you will feel right at home here. You will move through a consistent and effective warm-up that prepares you for a cumulative movement phrase. Phrases are often repeated over several classes to give you a chance to really dance them. Every class ends with a cool down stretch and is accompanied with great music.
