Join us for a lively afternoon as Chicago Culinary Adventures hosts Mixology 101 @ the W Hotel. Meet other people as you learn how to make your favorite Latin drinks! The class will include:

-Sangria Tutorial
Red, White, & Sparkling
-Tequila Tutorial
Maragarita, Tamarand Martini
-Rum Tutorial
Daiquiri, Cachaca, Mojito
Food includes:
-Scallop, mango and chili ceviche spoons
-Lamb empanadas w/ mint chimichurri
-Grilled beef tenderloin with pineapple chimichurri
-Pulled chicken taquito w/ avocado crema
-Tuna and cilantro ceviche spoons
-Shrimp cocktail in watermelon gazpacho
