Mini-CHOCOLATE SALON in Union Square October 25, 2008

A fun mini-Chocolate Salon will feature two to three chocolatiers who will demonstrate chocolate making recipes, techniques, and will provide sample tastings at the Williams-Sonoma flagship store's demonstration kitchen in lovely Union Square, San Francisco.
