19 Hollingdean Terrace
Brighton, England BN17HB

Commencing each day with a gentle yet thorough warm-up we'll use body work to help find a sense of alignment, neutrality and stillness. Creating a strong sense of presence, we'll progress toward moving/dancing/creating with guided imagery. Exploration will be studio based and some of it will be outdoor. This will be an experimental weekend...different tasks set, different explorations and discoveries made, with time to reflect and to share our process.
