Mike Nellis, Interim Executive Director of the Austin Children's Museum, will be give a talk on the challenges of being a young nonprofit professional. Mike will identify possible solutions for "getting heard"--by building and maintaining one's credibility.
A young 'un himself (31), Mike already has a decade of nonprofit experience beneath his belt, in cities ranging from Pittsburgh to San Francisco to Austin. He is, in fact, an original founder of the first Young NonProfit Professionals Network in San Francisco.
