MicroCinema Gallery Opening September 12, 2006

Grand Opening of the Michigan Theater's MicroCinema Gallery, made possible by the State of Michigan Cool Cities Grant program and the Ann Arbor Cool Cities Task Force. Come and enjoy free popcorn and soft drinks while you check out the new video installations in the lobbies. Jakub from Ghostly Int'l will be along to spin some tunes as well.

The gallery installation will kick off with the work of Canadian filmmaker, Joe Hiscott, including his amazing "Business As Usual" which has played at festivals around the world. In Joe's own words: "BUSINESS AS USUAL invites you along for a psychotic ride through the financial power capitals of the world. Witness the omnipresent executive citizen as he (it) imitates you with his bizarre rituals of behavioral disfunction."
