Michael Powers Group at Seattle Presents: Free Lunchtime Concerts! September 17, 2009

Seattle guitar bluesman of note Michael Powers returns to City Hall with his synth-guitar for a sizzling set of summer tunes backed by bass, drums and keyboard. Performance will be indoors if rain, on the plaza if shine.
