This is an art exhibition of selected RISD graduate students in five locations in downtown Providence. This is the second year THE SPACE AT ALICE has hosted this event programming available retail locations with exhibitions of future emerging artists. It includes four group shows from the Furniture, Sculpture, Ceramics, and Digital Media departments and one solo show from the Photography Department.   This exhibition extravaganza will cover a wide range of mediums, materials, and artistic styles.

THE SPACE AT ALICE will be apart of Gallery Night; a free tour arranged on the third Thursday of every month. Next scheduled for May 20th from 5:30-9pm. beginning at the N. entrance of Citizens Plaza where maps are available. Parking in Metro Park free. Mini coaches with tour guide every 20 minutes will travel set route and return. Guests can catch coach at each location on tour or walk from place to place.

THE SPACE AT ALICE  is a collaborative effort between Cornish Associates and the Arts and Business Council of Rhode Island to provide a destination space for the regular interaction of artists, collectors, visitors and others interested in the arts in Downcity.   THE SPACE AT ALICE is a cooperative gallery offering professional quality exhibit space open to all types of mediums of artwork, for Rhode Island or New England based artists. THE SPACE AT ALICE will also be available as a community and/or private meeting space for special events for a nominal fee.
